The votes for The Phantom Tollbooth September Top 10 are submitted and tabulated, and there's shuffling, new entries and a surprise. Slipping out of the Top 10 are Blindside, Pedro the Lion, Further Seems Forever, The 77s, Bill Mallonee, Joy Electric and Neal Morse.
