There is some very interesting shuffling from the August 2003 survey to the results of September 2003's Phantom Tollbooth survey, with only one tie -- in the number six slot, returnees Switchfoot and The Echoing Green. Last month's top vote-getter, Bill Mallonee's Perfumed Letter, slipped two notches, and from a tie for number nine last month, Ohio by Over the Rhine received an overwhelming number of votes to garner the number one position. Also moving up two notches were Starflyer 59, and Bruce Cockburn's You've Never Seen Anything hangs tough at number ten. Projects making their first appearance in the Top Ten are Neal Morse's Testimony, Five Iron Frenzy's The End is Near, Robert Randolph and the Family Band's Unclassified, and the late Johnny Cash's American IV: The Man Comes Around. Make sure to vote in the October 2003 survey, and here are the results of the September 2003 survey: 1. Over the Rhine - Ohio
