Top 10 for May 2003

Thanks for your votes for The Phantom Tollbooth's May Top 10, and there's more than a bit of shuffling around from the April survey. Gone from the top ten from last month are Relient K, Jars of Clay, Zwan, The White Stripes, Ester Drang, U2, and Damien Jurado. New to this months' survey are Starflyer 59 (with a solid set of votes for Old in the top slot), The Echoing Green, The Violet Burning, Steven Delopolous, Lost Dogs, Plumb, Pedro the Lion, and Anberlin. Since we know most of this roster well, it almost seems like a reunion of sorts! In the same breath, dc Talk had enough votes for runners-up for its Supernatural project. The only minor shifting from the April to May surveys were Switchfoot's The Beautiful Letdown falling into a tie for the third slot, and Evanescence slipping just one notch. Remember to vote in the June 2003 survey, and here are the results from the May 2003 Top Ten survey:

1. Starflyer 59 - Old
2. The Echoing Green - The Winter of Our Discontent
3. Switchfoot - The Beautiful Letdown
3. The Violet Burning - This is the Moment
5. Evanescence - Fallen
5. Steven Delopolous - Me Died Blue
7. Lost Dogs - Nazarene Crying Towel
8. Plumb - Beautiful Lumps of Clay
9. Pedro the Lion - Winners Never Quit
10. Anberlin - Blueprints for the Black Market

Runners-up
Further Seems Forever - How to Start a Fire
dc Talk - Supernatural
Sixpence None the Richer - Divine Discontent
