We've got good and bad news from the monthly Phantom Tollbooth Top 10 department. The good news is that for the second month in a row, we have no ties! The bad news is that we did not receive enough votes to compile a complete top ten for February 2004. We're rolling out the top eight vote-getters, though. Vaulting to the top two slots are Blindside's About a Burning Fire and Delirious?'s World Service. 
Project 86 moves up five slots from last month's survey, and Starflyer 59's Old slips just two notches. New entries include the David Crowder Band's Illuminate_ ApologetiX's Adam Up_ and FM Static's What Are You Waiting For? And U2 makes a re-entry for Best of 1990-2000_ Remember to vote in the March 2004 Phantom Tollbooth Top 10 survey so we can round out that top ten, and here are the results of the February 2004 survey.
