Hmmmm. Pancakes. The kind made with leaven and lots of sweet syrup goodness. The kind that fundraisers are built around building up to Ash Wednesday. Yes, its a month of revelry and reverence as late winter struggles to keep us in cold and stormy weather and our souls struggle against the shrouds as well.

Lighten up. Read a good book, go to the movies, listen to some music. We have plenty to recommend.
