Jennifer Shaw, Top 40 Billboard artist and author, has a new album out called Someday. One of the songs, “To Be Love,” is the theme song for Remember Nhu, an organization to prevent the exploitation of children in the sex trade industry throughout the world.

Someday is an inspirational album highlighting Shaw’s clear, soprano voice that enunciates lyrics clearly. Her songs have expressive and emotional lyrics that can be of interest to anyone. Beginning with  “All God’s Children” ("…join the everlasting alleluia…") to “You Are Glorious” ("…the nails that held your hands and feet are the ones that set me free…") to “To Be Love” ("…Lord, give me eyes to see a world unreal to me…") to “Someday” ("…every tear, every scar, every wound that heal my heart will fade away as the night is overshadowed by His light…"), you are caught up in words. Familiar hymns such as “Be Thou My Vision” and “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing” are given new arrangements.

This is polished work. Someday is an album that reaches out to the audience and invites them to partake of joyful lyrics.
