Angie Wells, with a smooth sounding Ella Fitzgerald-voice, takes on the jazz/swing classics such as “Lullaby of Birdland,”  “Love For Sale,” “The Nearness of You” and George Gershwin’s “Summertime.”  Her instrumental ensemble follows her well as shown with “Love for Sale” and “The Nearness of You.”  My favorite was the third track, “Lullaby of Birdland” that showed Wells voice and the musicians to good effect.
