Your votes are cast and tabulated for The Phantom Tollbooth's October 2007 Top 10 poll, and there are again no ties but plenty of shifts from the September 2007 poll. Exiting the ranks are Eisley, Mat Kearney and The White Stripes, and newcomers, who have previously been in the Top 10, are Dashboard Confessional with The Shade of Poison Trees, Sticks and Stones by the 77's, and Neal Morse's One. Richard Cummins' Moments received a large amount of votes to top the chart, but Jars of Clay's Good Monsters moved closer to the top slot, and Over the Rhine slipped just one notch to number three with Trumpet Child. Anberlin's Cities moves up two slots, and Mute Math's self-titled project slips one notch at number six. Remember to vote for your favorite albums you have listened to by sending your votes to top10votes@gmail.com. Here are the results from the October 2007 survey: 1. Richard Cummins - Moments
