On the Move (Hardcover) Author: Bono Publisher: W Publishing Group (Thomas Nelson Publishers) Length: 64 pages This is a very small book which says a whole lot. It's based upon the speech given by Bono at the 2006 National Prayer Breakfast which delivers a very inspiring and powerful message. Here, in Bono's own words, is a reflection on his own faith and a challenge to people of all faiths to reach across boundaries and come together on behalf of what the Scriptures call "the least of these (the poor)." Some of my favorite quotes
are
"Stop asking God to bless what you're doing. Get involved in what God is doing--because it's already blessed. . . . The book doesn't make a lot of demands on us, but it says that we can make a difference in the lives of people by banding together and getting the government to provide funds to help those in need in Africa. Stunning pictures and great visuals back up the powerful message. This is one book I will keep on display at home to remind me to not forget the book's message.
