The Phantom Tollbooth February 2006 Top 10 votes are finally tabulated and reported with not one or two but three ties. The first drum roll for number one, please--number one is Mute Math's self-titled project and Proto-Kaw's The Wait of Glory, both new entries to the Top 10. Other new titles to the survey are Luxury's Health and Sport, The Listening EP (formerly The Rock and Roll Worship Circus), and Neal Morse's ?. Returning to the Top 10 are P.O.D. with Testify, the sole survivor from the January 2006 results, Sufjan Stevens' Illinois_ and--for the first time since October 2003--American IV: The Man Comes Around by the late Johnny Cash.
