September 2005 Top 10

The September 2005 Top 10 votes are tabulated and finally reported, with exercises of some shuffling, shifting and leaps. The best example of a leap is Switchfoot's commanding number of votes that easily pole-vaulted it to the top slot. Sufjan Stevens slips one notch, and last month's number one entry, Starflyer 59's _Talking Voice vs. Singing Voice,_ slips to number four. Also returning from last month's survey are Coldplay, Blindside, and Richard Swift--and making a return trip is Jars of Clay's _Redemption Songs._ New entries for this month's survey include The Choir, Sam Ashworth, and The Decemberists. Remember that every vote counts, and cast your votes for the October Top 10. Here are the results of the September 2005 Top 10 survey:

2. The Choir - O How the Mighty Have Fallen
